This will be my journal for the fitness journey to come! Please stay tuned…

I will be using this database to hold myself accountable – PUBLICLY -to all that I have planned for myself and the goals that I am aiming to achieve in my personal fitness world. I will be updating this information periodically, as I am continuously working to organize all of these thoughts and processes.

Starting the beginning of this year, I am entering a 12 week challenge on Bodybuilding.com’s #250kchallenge. You will be seeing weekly posts on weekly progressions for that challenge specific. Otherwise, there will be other posts on my other thoughts and research on the fitness world and journey.
